2. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of OhMyGoat, a web-based system that delivers real-time insights and predictions on live sports events using data analysis, rule-based modeling, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

OhMyGoat is not a gaming or betting platform. It does not allow users to place stakes or bets, does not offer financial winnings, and does not promote or engage in any form of affiliation with bookmakers or similar services.

3. Access & Use

OhMyGoat is accessible via a web application. Users can create an account to view sports-related insights and receive notifications according to their chosen plan.

Users may optionally link their Telegram account to receive real-time notifications from the OhMyGoat bot. This connection is not mandatory and can be disabled at any time from the user account.

4. Plans & Pricing

OhMyGoat offers two service levels:

Freemium: Free access to up to 10 notifications
Premium: Unlimited access for $19.99/month, billed via Stripe

The Premium plan is subscription-based, with no long-term commitment. Users can cancel or renew their subscription at any time via their user profile or directly through Stripe.

5. Cancellation & Renewal

Premium subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
Users may:

Cancel their subscription anytime through their account or Stripe.
Manually renew their subscription for an additional month after cancellation.

There are no minimum contract periods.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, please contact contact@ohmygoat.io and include your email address, account details, and a brief explanation.

7. Permitted Use

OhMyGoat is intended for informational and personal use only, by individuals who are interested in live sports event insights.

You may not use the service for:

Any form of financial decision-making or automated actions
Integration into third-party systems
Any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purpose

OhMyGoat will never offer or facilitate any financial transactions, stakes, or deposits related to the notifications sent.

8. Data & Privacy

OhMyGoat collects only the necessary data to operate the service, such as:

Email address
Usage statistics
Telegram ID (optional)

Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, models, algorithms, and services made available by OhMyGoat are the exclusive intellectual property of Little Black Box.

Users remain fully responsible for how they interpret and use the data provided. Little Black Box shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences of using the service.

11. Modifications to the Terms

OhMyGoat reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the web application or by email.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of disputes, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
